Options Pricing
Wire & Brace for Ceiling Fan
Clayton epic homes feature recessed lighting throughout. This option adds a switch and ceiling fan bracket so you can easily add a fan in the future.
Storm Door
This is a great option if you like to leave your door open for more natural light. It also helps provide protection from weather and improve energy efficiency.
Colonial Front Exterior
Clayton epic homes come with the "basic" elevation included in the price. This option will change the homes front elevation to the "Colonial" elevation.
Southern Ranch Exterior
Clayton epic homes come with the "basic" elevation included in the price. This option will change the homes front elevation to the "Southern Ranch" elevation.
2x6 Sidewalls w/R27-R21-R38 Insulation
Switching to 2x6 exterior walls can enhance insulation, soundproofing, and potentially structural integrity. While 2x4s are the standard, 2x6s offer advantages for certain situations, especially in colder climates or for those prioritizing energy efficiency and quieter homes.
2" Plastic Blinds Throughout
Add 2" plastic blinds (NOT feux wood) throughout on all windows that open. This does not include doors or fixed windows.
Optional 42"x60" Fiberglass Shower IPO Tub
This option deletes the standard tub in the primary bath and replaces it with a 42"x60" fiberglass shower.
